Reining In My Ambitions In My Remodeling My Home
I'm all over the place working on this home. It's way more than I imagined and so I had to rein myself in and commit to doing one area at a time. So I started on my master bedroom and bathroom. This photo above is the way it looked when I purchased the house. So so not my taste. I like neutrals with a touch of drama. You know after you move in your find all sorts of things you don't like and one of them was this bathroom. The lighting was so poor and I thought it was the bulbs until I realized she put the vanity light fixture turned upwards to make the shades look like tulips maybe not realizing that the light is shining on the ceiling not on the room. Another point for me is when you live alone do you close your bathroom door while doing your business or getting dressed?
